The steel welding table is a perforated platform for assembling parts before and during welding. A frame can lie across the top while an upright is located against a fixture attached to the side. Both parts then use the same base for positioning. Engraved lines give the operator a visible reference when setting out those fixtures.

The tooling is removable. After a bracket job, the surface can be cleared for a frame or a different assembly without keeping a separate dedicated base for each part. This makes the platform useful where component drawings change between batches, alongside the usual checks on fit and alignment.

Main Applications

A steel welding table supports frame bases and upright sections during tack assembly. Side attachment points leave options for holding parts above the top surface.

Recurring brackets can be set against recorded stops, with the first piece checked before the remaining batch is assembled.

Fabricated sections can be positioned for dimensional inspection while they remain in their assembly fixture.

Our Services

We offer custom dimensions as well as circular and irregular platforms. For a part with an overhang, the drawing can show where an operator needs room to load it and reach the joint. That information belongs in the size discussion, before the outline is approved.

Custom manufacture takes an average of two to three weeks after drawing approval. Existing accessories can be considered when choosing the hole system; their connection dimensions are needed alongside the component drawing.
