The core function of welding fixtures is to fix, position, and support workpieces, ensuring the stability and precision of the welding process, thereby improving welding quality and production efficiency. The following technical parameters and key points should be considered during design:

Material Selection: High-quality carbon structural steel or stainless steel (such as 304/316 series) that is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and high-temperature resistant are used to ensure the durability of the fixture in high-temperature welding environments.

Structural Optimization: Compact and lightweight design (20%-30% weight reduction), facilitating operation and reducing worker workload.

Positioning Accuracy: Machining accuracy must reach ±0.05mm, and the positioning error after assembly and adjustment should not exceed 0.1mm to avoid workpiece deformation.

Fixing Force Control: A pneumatic or hydraulic clamping system is used, with an adjustable pressure range of 5-15MPa, balancing stability and workpiece protection.

Application Scenarios include automotive welding production lines (improving weld consistency) and aerospace component processing (reducing deformation risk), etc.
