Plan Where The Workbench Will Stop

A movable metal welding table needs a support arrangement that follows the way the workshop handles it. Casters, adjustable feet and fixed legs serve different purposes, so their selection deserves attention before the order is placed.

Will the bench move empty, or will a component remain on it? Is the route wide enough? How will the working surface be supported after parking? These questions shape the configuration. Wheel capacity and locking details must be checked for the selected model; platform dimensions cannot establish those ratings.

The 1200 × 800 × 200 mm platform range includes several leg choices. Selecting caster legs does not automatically include adjustable feet. Combining them requires a base designed to accommodate the arrangement.

When planning a metal welding table workstation, mark the parking position and proposed route on the floor. Check nearby equipment, cables and the area used for loose parts. A clear route helps reveal where movement will be awkward before equipment arrives.

We would rather settle those details during configuration discussions, while the support arrangement can still be reviewed. The resulting drawing should show where the bench works as well as how it reaches that position. Include any doorways and turning points along the route, since the complete assembly occupies more space than its tabletop alone during movement. Check the route again after nearby equipment changes.
